- 300g strawberries

- 2 boxes of sweetened yogurt
- 150ml sweetened fresh milk
- 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk

4 Basic Steps to Make Cashew Fruit Yogurt:
Step 1: Prepare the fruit:
Mangoes, bananas, and apples are washed, peeled, and cut into dice. Particularly for strawberries, remove the stem, soak it in salt water for about 10 minutes, and wash and dry. After washing, divide the strawberries into 2 parts: One part is pureed in a blender, and the other part is cut into bite-sized pieces. This will help your yogurt to have the main color of strawberry pink.
Step 2: Make yogurt
Pour 1/2 can of condensed milk and 3 cans of filtered water into the pot, boil about 40 – 50 degrees Celsius, then turn off the heat, add fresh milk, and stir until the mixture is dissolved. Step 3: How to Incubate Yogurt
Ladle the yogurt mixture into the jar or you can leave it in the bowl, take it to incubate for about 6-8 hours.
