Description
Today, Cambodia has more than 500,000 hectares of cashew plantations across 10 key cashew-growing provinces. Among them, the four largest cashew-growing areas are Kampong Thom with around 90,959 hectares, Kratie with around 47,858 hectares, Ratanakiri with around 30,459 hectares, and Kampong Cham with around 24,364 hectares.
The scale of cashew plantations in Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia, has continued to expand this year and is expected to grow further in the coming year. This growth is driven by the increasing demand from Vietnam for imported raw cashew materials.
