Pangasius fillet is the boneless meat portion cut lengthwise along one side of the fish, parallel to the backbone. Our pangasius fillet is processed by removing the red meat, trimming parts, fat, and bones to create a clean and convenient seafood product.

Our pangasius is harvested from fish cages on rivers or from aquaculture ponds in An Giang, Dong Thap, and Can Tho in Vietnam. The fish are raised under modern farming procedures to meet export standards for international markets. In Vietnam, pangasius is commonly fed with grain-based and soybean-based feed to help ensure product quality, meat texture, and natural flavor.

Product Origin

Pangasius is mainly found in the Mekong River basin. Most pangasius farms in Vietnam are located in An Giang, Dong Thap, and Can Tho. The fish are harvested from river cages or aquaculture ponds, then transported to processing factories for sorting, filleting, freezing, and packing for domestic use and export.

Store the product at -18°C or lower to help maintain freshness and quality for up to 24 months.
